After many months of Trump fighting with media, calling them “fake news” and “enemy of the American people,” Trump launched a show called “REAL news” that only reports positive stories about the administration.

On Sunday, the show launched its first broadcast on Trump’s personal page.  It features Lara Trump, Eric Trump’s wife, who was a former TV producer at Inside Edition. While she is in front of a blue Trump/Pence backdrop, she talks about Trump’s “accomplishments” for 2 minutes. She starts out by talking about how Trump donated his salary to the Department of Education, the “booming stock market,” and Trump giving medals to veterans.

Right off the bat, the segment starts with Lara saying, “I bet you haven’t learned about all the accomplishments the president had this week because there is so much fake news out there. We wanted to give you a glimpse into his week.”

Even though the show is supposed to give “real news,” they fail to mention other huge stories of Trump’s failures this week, such as the failing of the repeal of Obamacare, the firing of Anthony Scaramucci, and the ongoing Trump Russia investigation.

The video was not clear on how many more segments there would be. So far the video has been shared about 14.8K times.

Lara ended this segment saying, “Thanks for joining us everybody. And that is the real news.”
