In a New York Times report, it was revealed Trump Jr. met with a Gulf emissary and an Israeli specialist who were eager to help his father win the election.
The meeting was held on August 3rd, 2016 at Trump Tower. The meeting included George Nader, a Middle East analyst and adviser to the UAE de facto leader and Isreali political strategist Joel Zamel. Zamel was also working with a company that planned to manipulate social media users to vote for Trump. The meeting was set up by Erik Prince, founder of Blackwater.
According to a source, Trump Jr. “responded approvingly” of the multimillion-dollar plan to manipulate social media so his father could win.

In a statement by Trump Jr’s lawyer, he stated, “Prior to the 2016 election, Donald Trump Jr. recalls a meeting with Erik Prince, George Nader and another individual who may be Joel Zamel. They pitched Mr. Trump Jr. on a social media platform or marketing strategy. He was not interested and that was the end of it.”
The revelation comes as Trump Jr’s testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee last year was recently released. During his testimony, Trump repeatedly denied any collusion taking place.
It also comes as his father denies any collusion and continues to call the Mueller probe a “witch hunt.”
This is a developing story.
