On Friday, Donald Trump took to Twitter to bash the media again, calling it “the enemy of the American people.” He called out several news outlets specifically.

He posted a slightly different version of this tweet that was quickly deleted a few minutes earlier. In the previous tweet, he omitted ABC and CBS and included the word “SICK!” at the end of the post.
The tweet came a day after his press conference that turned into an attack on the media, calling it “very fake news” and completely ignoring the question about Russia meddling in the election.
This is not the first time Trump has attacked the media, calling it “fake news” when they talk about something he considers unfavorable.
The news outlets that he has targeted in the tweet are not the first either. He has singled out CNN and The New York Times many times before, referring to them as “failing” and out of touch with voters.
