On Monday, First Lady Melania Trump formally launched her anti-cyberbully initiative. For her initiative, she also released a booklet that is intended to “help kids act thoughtfully and kindly” online.
But some people seemed to notice that the booklet was an exact replica of a brochure from a 2014 Federal Trade Commission booklet from the Obama administration.
For example, The Rude Pundit pointed out that the booklet was “exactly the same thing Obama’s FTC put out, except for an intro.”
Fun fact: The White House trumpets “Talking with Kids about Being Online" as "a booklet by First Lady Melania Trump and the Federal Trade Commission." Except for an intro, it's exactly the same thing Obama's FTC put out. pic.twitter.com/AEf6F0gBbt

This is not the first time Melania seemed to plagiarize something from the Obama administration.
For her 2016 address to the Republican National Convention, people noticed she plagiarized a good portion of her speech from a speech by Michelle Obama in 2008.
The White House has not commented on this yet.
Below are other people noticing similarities.
They slightly updated the phone icons to make the thing more modern. This is kinda sad. pic.twitter.com/xxxh8qfBtY

First Lady of Plagiarism 😭 RT @RMac18: lmao… the White House/Melania Trump Be Best pamphlet about your kids being online is almost the exact same thing that the FTC published in Jan. 2014:

Melania finally sets her agenda and it’s ‘Be Best’
This looks like another poorly disguised attempt to copy Michelle Obama
At a White House Summit on United State of Women, Michelle said men needed to
Who advised Melania on this, Stormy?https://t.co/ciKR9UFQCc

Michelle Obama’s slogan was “Be Better”. Of course Melania’s is “Be Best”. She and Spanky really do suffer from an inferiority complex when it comes to the Obamas. Pathetic. #BeBest

Dear heavens. So, the booklet that @Flotus has put out on how to "Be Best" is almost entirely copied from an FTC publication from the Obama Administration. O the dripping irony on being your best. (Hey, @realDonaldTrump you might want to take a hint from this!)

Pardon me, but, are we allowed to drag Melania for her Be Best campaign being a straight up plagiarized pamphlet that the Obama administration released in 2014?
Or do we have to pretend not to notice like Michelle Obama did when Melania plagiarized her speech in 2016?

Michelle Obama: “Be Better”
Melania Trump: “Be Best”
