According to new NBC News/Marist polls, Democratic Senate candidates are leading in three key states. They hold sizeable leads in Arizona and Ohio, while it’s only a slight lead in Florida.

The polls show that Arizona Democrat Rep. Kyrsten Sinema is ahead of all three of her Republicans challengers by at least 10 points.

The biggest lead Sinema has is against former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, who is 24 points behind her.

In Ohio, Democrat Sherrod Brown leads her GOP challenger by 13 points.

While in Florida, Democrat Sen. Bill Nelson is leading by 4 points, which is the margin of error.

These states where Democrats lead are all states where Trump won during the last presidential election.

The three races will play a major role in determining whether Republicans will keep or grow their 51 to 49 seat majority in the chamber.
