On Thursday, Mark Corallo, the spokesman for Trump’s legal team, resigned. The reasoning for his resignation was not made known immediately. But this comes a day after Trump’s interview with The New York Times where Trump said that Mueller would be crossing a line if he would start investigating Trump’s family finances.
According to Politico, Corallo was frustrated with operation and warring factions, as well as whether he was being told the truth.
Corallo was close to Mueller and has praised Mueller publically. Just two days before he became spokesman he praised Mueller for his honor and integrity stating, “If he finds nothing, he will stand up there and say there is nothing. This is not a guy who wants mission creep. I don’t know if there is a finer human being than Bob Mueller.” He also added, “You’ll never hear me say a bad thing about Bob Mueller.”
According to a person that spoke to Corallo, he stated that he didn’t need the money and complained about the fighting among the lawyers.
His resignation comes just two months after he started the job.
Corallo has used Twitter in the past to criticize Trump, Kushner, and the administration. It’s interesting to see that he lasted months after criticizing Trump.
Hey Mr. President, where's all the "winning?" Or, like the guy from AR, are you going to tell me it depends on the definition of "winning?"

Dear Mr. President, this is worse than just "bad optics." It's sleazy. You could start draining the swamp by removing your in-laws. https://t.co/7g759PHQSL
